Moonfull UK is operated by PRETTY YEPPUDA UK LTD (company number 16529859; VAT number GB499671124). The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Moonfull UK and its operator. The store is powered by Shopify. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies displayed on the store, govern access to and use of the website and Services. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Access and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. Provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised use.

2. Products and professional use

Moonfull gel nail products are for professional use only. Read and follow the final product label, directions and safety information. Avoid skin contact and keep products out of reach of children. We aim to display product colours and details accurately, but screen settings and photography can affect shade appearance. Identify products by the stated shade code. Availability, descriptions and pricing may change.

3. Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we confirm acceptance. We may reject or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including evident pricing errors, unavailable stock or suspected fraud. Any refund or return is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

4. Prices and billing

Prices may change before an order is placed. You agree to provide valid, current payment and delivery information and authorise the selected payment provider to process the order total, including applicable taxes and delivery charges shown at checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery windows are estimates. Responsibility for goods remains with us until delivery to you or a person you identify, except where you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us or modify delivery instructions as described in the Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual property

Store content is owned by or licensed to Moonfull UK and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from protected content without permission except where law permits.

7. Optional tools and third-party links

Third-party tools and links may be provided for convenience. Third parties apply their own terms and privacy practices. Use is at your discretion.

8. Relationship with Shopify

The store is powered by Shopify, but purchases are made from Moonfull UK. Shopify is not the seller of the products.

9. Privacy

Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes information to provide the platform.

10. Feedback

If you submit feedback, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for operating and improving the Services, subject to applicable privacy law.

11. Errors and omissions

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions and update information. Where an error affects an order, we will act consistently with applicable law.

12. Prohibited uses

Do not use the Services unlawfully, infringe rights, upload malicious code, interfere with security or attempt unauthorised access. Access may be suspended for serious violations.

13. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.

14. Warranties and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that restriction, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

15. Severability and waiver

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.

16. Entire agreement and assignment

These Terms and referenced policies form the agreement concerning the Services. You may not assign contractual rights without consent. We may assign rights and obligations as part of a lawful business transfer, without reducing mandatory rights.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any right to bring proceedings in another competent court.

18. Changes

Terms may be updated by posting a revised version. Changes apply prospectively except where law permits otherwise.
